This award is given to a member of the Wildcat Ski Team; an athlete who is relatively new to the sport of ski racing, who’s inexperience was never considered to be an obstacle but an enormous opportunity to learn from others. This person shows the same passion that Boyce had to absorb the knowledge of the more experienced people and share their same passion for the sport. This athlete is tireless in their desire to improve and quietly goes about doing what is asked of them without resistance or complaint. This person is truly an ambassador of the Wildcat Ski Team
