The Wildcat Ski Team is always seeking high-energy coaches to work with athletes ages U10 through U14 in our alpine race program and HS levels. The Wildcat Ski Team, located in Pinkham Notch, NH, is a well-respected, long-established competitive junior race program (U8 to U14) that skis and trains on some of the most challenging terrain in the Mountain Washington Valley. Our athletes are committed, our coaches passionate and our parents are supportive. We offer training on weekends as well as school holiday weeks from December through late March.

 We are looking to hire qualified individuals who can demonstrate:   

• A strong background in alpine ski racing and coaching, including modern training techniques and video analysis
• USSA and/or PSIA certification preferred 
• Strong leadership skills relevant to younger athletes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with athletes, peers, and parents
• Energy and enthusiasm for coaching young athletes and a passion for skiing

Duties and responsibilities will include skiing with our athletes, leading skills progressions through structured and unstructured free skiing, drills, and gate training, as well as structuring training programs and preparing for races. We offer competitive pay, a Wildcat/Attitash season pass, and a ski team coaches jacket.
